Isabella is an amazing coach, mentor, and person overall. From my first session with Isa on Inclusive Leadership, Isa's expertise on developing culture and psychological safety within teams was very evident. On a consistent basis, Isa thoroughly coached me through the values of inclusion, relaying them back to my real-world experiences and shaped my leadership style to one that is adaptable, welcoming, while maintaining the pillars of my own values.

Beyond these hard skills, Isa has helped me navigate some of the toughest human relationships I likely would ever face. While I was stepping into my new leadership role, it was initially difficult for me to balance my duties as a supervisor and my established peer relationships. Isa's guiding questions helped me come to my own realizations. Whether in 1:1's, team meetings, or other duties, I took great appreciation in seeing my skills manifest in a productive, warm, and inclusive environment for all team members. As I became more comfortable as a leader, I began exploring the roots of my personality/identity as well.

If there is anyone that I would most like to emulate, it is Isa Karabed. I have had the pleasure of working with Isa for five years, first, as my senior director on the outreach team, then as our DEIB manager, and most recently I participated in the inclusive leadership training led by Isa.

I can confidently say that the inclusive leadership training with Isa is one of the most impactful professional development experiences I've ever had. Isa brought a thoughtful, informed an engaging approach to a topic that is both complex and critically important in today's workplace.

What stood out most was Isa's ability to create a space where open dialogue was not only encouraged, but genuinely safe.
