Raffie Karabed is the Founder of Arkay Energy Solutions and Co-Founder and Lead Coach at The Karabed Leadership Group. A licensed engineer with both Class B (General Building) and C-20 (HVAC) contractor licenses, Raffie combines technical mastery with a passion for leadership development. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, he coaches leaders across industries to strengthen their influence, operate with integrity, and drive sustainable results.
